What the flat fare looks like in practice
Going to Pearson, the Sedan runs $112.67 all-in from most GTA addresses — the minimum fare's reach covers roughly 43 driving kilometres. Beyond it, distance prices at $1.98/km: Ajax $145.66, Hamilton $164.66, Kitchener-Waterloo $229.19. Coming from Pearson, add the airport's $15.27 pre-arranged pickup fee and the same math holds.
Those totals are finished numbers. No tip decision at the curb, no tax added at the end, no fuel line item on the Sedan.

Is a flat rate always cheaper than the meter?
Not knowably — and that's the real point. A meter's total only exists once the ride ends (on an empty road at 5am it can land close), while the flat rate exists before you fly. One of those numbers can be compared, budgeted and expensed in advance; the other can't be shopped at all.
Does my flat rate change if my flight is late?
No. Your flight number is tracked and the pickup follows the actual landing. The fare booked is the fare charged.
Do flat rates apply at 3am or on holidays?
Yes — the same rate card prices every hour of every day. Overnight and holiday rides quote identically to weekday afternoons.
